Benny competed in his intra-school cross country carnival last month. He definitely inherited his less-than-dazzling athletic ability from his mother but luckily he's got a gorgeous disposition and never gave up. Forgive his strained smile, the photo was taken with a minute of his one kilometre odyssey.

Budding Photographer
Here's the photo of Annabel that Ben took at the park today. I think he's going to be a photographer! He's such a beautiful big brother - it's lovely to watch.
Long Haired Lady
Look how long Annabel's hair is getting! She had it in a ponytail tonight....she's growing up so quickly.
Acting!
I enrolled Ben in after school drama this term and he absolutely LOVED it! They put on a production of 'Aladdin' and Ben played Jafar (the evil Uncle). He was amazing - remembered most of his lines and said them all really clearly and loudly. He's growing up to be such a beautiful and amazing boy - I couldn't have been more proud of him.

His Daddy's Boy
Charlie and I spent over an hour this morning sitting in the car watching a construction site. He had the best morning!

Horrible Bird
Poor Annabel was attacked by a magpie this afternoon. I had just taken Ben's fingerbun off her and a magpie came and tried to take it off me. When I screamed and hit it off it went for Annabel (obviously I screamed and hit even more) but it got some nasty scratches onto her beautiful forehead. Poor sausage. (Sidenote: was a great lesson for Ben in how to be brave hahaha - he would have cried for waaaaay longer than she did!)
Nits!
Oh the joys of having kids in school/daycare!! Both boys hate being treated but Charlie is way worse. They're fine at this stage but when it comes to washing it out.......bedlam!
