Weekend with the Ladies

Apologies for the long delay between posts - mum had a very busy week last week getting the final stuff ready for Aunty Caroline's Hens Weekend. Here are some photos from our weekend in a beautiful house on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.

My Dad's Comfy!

Daddy was feeling a little bit rough on Sunday and had a snooze on Grandma's couch. He was very comfy to sit on when he woke up!

Sushi

Last week Grandad took mummy & me out for sushi lunch at Brisbane's most delightful sushi restaurant; Oyama. Here I am with the head chef/owner Dash. He was pretty taken by me! Mummy went there a lot when she was pregnant so it was nice for him to see who came out of that huge belly!

Make Those Bodies Sing!

Today I had my first taste of grown up food. Don't worry - mum knows it's considered a bit early but she saw our doctor about it and he gave her the thumbs up. And boy am I glad! The books say not to expect babies to take any more than a teaspoon or so the first time........but I ate 1/3 of a big banana! Yum!!

Rug Time with Daddy

Daddy likes to hang out with me after he comes home from work. Here we are on a rug in the living room. He's trying to teach me to roll over but I just get frustrated and start crying.

Sleepover at Grandad's

We went to Grandad's house for the wonderful Riverfire fireworks on the weekend. Here's a snap of Grandad & me watching the tennis.
